Is this suitable for someone with coeliac disease?

Yes. Our boxes are curated for gluten-free customers, including people with coeliac disease. We only select products that meet our gluten-free and coeliac-suitable selection standard, and we do not knowingly include products with “may contain gluten” warnings on the label.

What kind of products are included?

Will I know exactly what’s inside before it arrives?

Not always. Part of the fun is discovering something new, but every box is curated around a consistent balance of useful products, enjoyable treats and a featured monthly pick.

Is this just a snack box?

No. We aim to include a more thoughtful mix than snacks alone, with products that can be genuinely useful in the kitchen or cupboard as well as enjoyable to eat.

Do you offer dairy-free and other dietary options?

Yes — alongside our standard Gluten Free Box, we also offer a Gluten & Dairy Free Box. Please note: Our Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Box is free from gluten and dairy, but it is not egg-free. Products may contain egg.

Customers should always read the product packaging supplied with each item before consuming it, especially where they have additional allergies or dietary requirements.

When do boxes ship?

Boxes are dispatched during the first week of each month. You’ll receive tracking details once your box is on its way.

We ship via DPD Next Day, which usually arrives within 1–2 days of dispatch.
